Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Please note:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
  • Health and beauty products
  • Intimate or personal hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Important: Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Speak to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@musaffirr.com and send your item to:

Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total.

Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
